Lorijola · Pre-load Review for ERP, inventory and finance migrations
Find the exceptions in a client's migration files before the trial load does.
I check a client's source files against the rules you declare (required fields, formats, allowed values, keys, references between files and a few cross-field rules) and return every exception as one line: the record, the rule, what was expected and what was found. Read-only, with no access to any system.
- £500 fixed scope
- 2 UK working days
- No ERP credentials
- One rerun included
In the synthetic example: 34 exceptions in 4,421 records. 19 would stop the load; 15 would load without an error and still be wrong or lower quality.
Scope
What you receive
- Exception Register (CSV): one row per exception, with the rule, its source and its severity
- Readiness Note: one page, what was checked and what wasn't, written and signed by a person
- One rerun within 14 days, after corrections
What it isn't
- No reconciliation against the target system
- No migration sign-off or assurance
- No system credentials and no access to your systems
- A clean source file does not guarantee a successful migration
